On Monday our time was spent within Photography, attempting to open our minds to various methods of creativity and what can be created from simple, everyday objects. Here we attempted to make sculptural figures from t-shirts, which I think look amazing. So expressive, almost making two figures merge into one.

This by far was my most favourite work of the day, where we messed around with various items and fabrics given to us. I wanted to create an avant-garde inspired design, using the concealed bamboo stick and various clips to give structure to the fabric, giving emphasis on gathering and drape. The fluffy, pink phone finished the piece, dangling to follow on from the drapery and also to give a sense of mystery. This decision was spontaneous.
